The thing about sea life in decor is that it just never get's old. This set up will be in style forever. I marvel in the truth that it's a classic that's somehow always fresh.
This clock and those chairs are winners! We just started a project with chairs similar to these but better. The frame is kind of feathered. They are lovely.
The jumble and mess of this display is it's beauty. You keep looking to be sure that you haven't missed an hidden treasure somewhere in all the stacks and you have so once you see it, you have to look even longer, just in case.


Stacks and stacks of books piled up and down a lovely worn staircase. It all looks like it just happened over time. Maybe the first stack of books was one that needed to be taken upstairs and never was then it just became the place where books are kept. I love how the wood used on the stairs is so rustic without a finish and the way they meet the octagon tiles on the landing so casually.
Here's a great token of affection that could be worn almost as a signature piece. Any of these would go with everything.

This kitchen is all about the details. The red knobs on the stove coordinate with the reds in the fabric treatment, a toile country scene, well suited to it's use in the kitchen. The paper towels are discrete and easily accessible and the cutting board is so user friendly.

Currently inexplicably in love with-
I'd like to think this is the bedroom of a couple of sisters who decided that they needed each other close much more than they needed their own half of the room.
